Homeschool Supervising Teacher

As a homeschool supervising teacher in Iowa, I provide supervisory services that are required under two of the five available homeschool legal options in Iowa (Choice #4 or Choice #5). However, hiring an Iowa licensed teacher can offer many other services to homeschooling families.

 

Iowa licensed teachers can evaluate homeschool student portfolios under the annual assessment legal option, Choice #3, and they can also provide tutoring or direct instruction. Even under Choice #1 or Choice #2, you can hire an Iowa licensed teacher to provide private guidance and assistance.
